Explore upstream transcription factor regulatory subnetworks for tissue-specific aging signatures from the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) project (https://gtexportal.org/). These regulatory subnetworks are created by submitting up and down aging signatures from the GTEx project to ChEA-KG.
