Transcription Factor Master Regulatory Subnetworks for Major Human Cell Types

Explore TF subnetworks that are enriched for regulating marker gene sets from a collection of 131 major human cell types from 14 major human tissues. The marker genes for each cell type were sources from CellMarker, ASCT+B, PanglaoDB, Tabula Sapiens, Descartes, Azimuth, and TISSUES. You can view these marker genes by clicking on the “view marker genes” tab.
